Top keyboard shortcuts

Using keyboard short cuts can greatly reduce the repetitive strain, increase the productivity, and it can help you to keep concentrated. Highlighting the text with keyboard is easier than to do with the mouse. Of course it can reduce the strain. Below are our top tips.
Key Board

Ctrl+C  or  Ctrl+Insert

Both are used to copy the text that is highlighted.

Ctrl+X

This can be used to cut the highlighted text instead of copying.

Ctrl+V or Shift+Insert

If you want to paste copied text, then you can press Ctrl+V or Shift+Insert. These both tips are used to paste.

Ctrl+F

When you press Ctrl+F then it opens FIND in any program. This can be used in Microsoft office,word,power point,etc. It also works in internet browser.

Ctrl+Z or Ctrl+Y

If you press the Ctrl+Z,you can undo the text that is copied or cut. You will do this by pressing Ctrl+Z. This can be done multiple times to undo multiple changes. Pressing Ctrl+Y to redo the undo.

Ctrl+A

This can be used to select whole text at a time.

Windows key+D

It is used to minimize the all windows.

Windows key+E

This short cut is used to open My Computer.

Ctrl+O

It allows you to select and open a file within the current software programme. It works in almost all software including browsers. It's quite easy.

Ctrl+P

Pressing Ctrl+P turns to print preview of the current document or page. If you want to take this page as a print press Ctrl+P

Ctrl+S

Working on a document or any other file in most software programs pressing Ctrl+S allows you to saves the file. This short cut technique can be used at any time you are working on.

F2

After highlighting the text press F2 to edit or rename a file.

Ctrl+Tab or Alt+Tab

To switch between multiple applications or tabs.
