Xiaomi's first MacBook Clone

As we know Xiaomi has most of the products in its line up, Xiaomi's next thing is going to inspired by Apple. But it will not be another iPhone clone. Instead ,they want to a clone an Apple's MacBook, and leaked its specifications, sources said it will be a big power house to continuously.

Xiaomi has a reputation for following Apple's lead, but it not only makes similar products like Samsung, but it also offers straight up Apple ripoffs, So now it's turning into computer business as well.

September report from sources reveals that Xiaomi's plans to take on Apple's MacBook and MacBook Air. It was believed that the company made an agreement with Samsung to supply secure components.

According to BenchLife, which got its hands on information early, the machine will be powered by a high-end Intel Core i7 6500U processor with a base clock speed of 2.5 GHZ and 8 GB of RAM.

The notebook hopes to come in 11 and 13 inch variants-like MacBook Air and will offer USB-C connectivity. It was said that Xiaomi has chosen Windows 10 as its operating system and not linux.

If Xiaomi's laptop does indeed come with a core i7 chip, it's likely to be much more like the MacBook Air than the thinner and lighter MacBook, which uses a slower but more efficient Intel Atom processor to achieve a completely fan-less design. So it doesn't need a fan luckily.

There is still no word when we Xiaomi will finally announces its move into the laptop business, but if its machines are now in testing,a launch might be too far away.
