You have probably heard about this book. One of the best books I came across. The book name is
" Practical Electronics for Inventors",written by Paul Scherz. This book follows practical approach towards electronics. While we have been following traditional methods to learn about electronics. You know our academic books contains full of formulas and equations. But this book doesn't.
This book explains that what is what and how does it work. Let me give an example, If you have a transistor then it shows that how does it work and explains its applications with practical approach. As a said this book doesn't have formulas means this book uses minimum formulas. If you read this you will really enjoy it.
This book is designed to help beginning inventors invent. It assumes a little or no prior knowledge of electronics. Therefore Students, educators, hobbyists will find this book is a good initial book. At the same time technicians and more advanced hobbyists may find this book helpful.
I believe that "Learning by Doing" method helps learners to learn easily and more efficiently. Because of that we don't forget what we did.
