What is programming?

Programming is writing commands to the computer in a systematic way.Computer can't understand our language directly. like English,Telugu and Marathi,etc. It can understand only binary language. Binary language is combination of 0's and 1's. Binary language is also called as Machine understandable language.When you write programmes in high level language,It can be converted into low-level language.
