Active Voice and Passive Voice
- Transitive verbs:
It is a verb that denotes an action which
passes over from the subject or doer we called an object.
Examples:
She ate a Mango

Transitive Verbs:
It denotes a state or an action that is
complete in itself. It doesn’t pass over to an object.
Or
Verbs which don’t have object.
Example:
Birds fly.

A verb within the active voice in the
person the person or thing denoted by the subject does the action.
Example:
She eats a banana.

Passive voice:
A verb is in the passive voice when
it shows that something is done a person or thing denoted by the subject.
Example:
A mango is eaten by her.
how to change Active Voice to Passive Voice
When a sentence is changed from the A.V to P.V,the following changes take place.
1.Subject becomes object
S---> O
2.Object becomes subject
O--->S
3. Verb changes as be+Past Participle (V3)
V---> be+V3
4.Nouns become Pronouns.
