Note: It may work only in Telangana, because this state has RTA M-Wallet app. Step-1: Visit this link   www.vahan.nic.in   and enter Vehicle registration number and Note down last  digits of Chasis number. Step-2:  Download RTA M-WALLET app from Play store. Finish Sign Up process with Name,email ID and Mobile number, you will be asked to enter OTP,enter it. Step-3: Now this is the step to find full details. Enter Vehicle number and last 5 digits of Chasis number( That we can find at  https://vahan.nic.in/nrservices/faces/user/jsp/SearchStatus.jsp ).
