Who is the Suspect ?

A man was found murdered one Sunday morning in June. His wife immediately phoned the Police. Inspector questioned the wife and the staff serving the household.

     "I was sleeping,' said the wife.


"I was busy making breakfast," said the cook.

"I was planting the seeds which I had bought the previous day," said the gardener.

"I spent most of the morning at the post office as I had to buy stamps and write letters," said the maid.

"I was getting the car repaired," said the driver.

"You are lying," said the inspector pointing a finger at one of the suspects.
